We use a game engine called GameMaker: Studio. With it we get such advantages as: - There are functions for working with Base64, JSON, MD5, SHA-1 encodings, possibilities of unpacking ZIP-archives, reading and writing .ini, text and binary files, directory management. - Recent versions have added many debugging options to the new The Debug Module window, allowing you to set breakpoints, monitor code execution, the values of any variables, specific objects, the contents of buffers, the number and timing of different scripts. Creating characters / textures / locations: - We use Blender, because a lot of the images for the games are written in it, which gives it credibility. - Also, when creating locations, we clearly implement them and think about every piece of land that our fans would appreciate!
